As I lived in the sandwich generation for the better part of 25 years and understand the challenges that families and their aging loved ones face, I love being able to assist families by providing needed and crucial information which empowers them to make the best and most informed decision for their loved one
My mission is to empower families through knowledge which ultimately assists them in making the best and most informed choice when it comes to ensuring the best care for their loved ones.
Over the course of the last 23 years, Tracey has experienced multiple situations in her personal life that have given her first hand experience and knowledge of the complicated retirement and long term care industries. With her Father-in-Law needing crisis placement to a Long Term Care home, her Mother-in-Law’s diagnosis of Dementia and her Father’s Dementia diagnosis and high care needs, Tracey has experienced many of the situations Tea & Toast families come to us for. This experience of needing to attend to a loved one, at a very vulnerable point in their lives, has made Tracey extremely passionate about the importance of understanding the different levels of care and all options available to families.
Tracey believes that knowledge is power. Her mission is to empower families through knowledge which ultimately assists them in making the best and most informed choice when it comes to ensuring the best care for their loved ones.
Throughout her career, Tracey has had the good fortune of working in several different industries where the focus was to build strong and trusted relationships with clients and business partners by gaining a comprehensive understanding of their needs and requirements. After joining the Retirement Industry several years ago, Tracey met Amy, and through their discussion she gained even a greater understanding of her business and more importantly her ethics. After only a few meetings with Amy Tracey felt that her joining this amazing team was destined.
Outside her career Tracey has a soft spot for her two fur babies and of course for her husband and two children. She loves getting creative in the kitchen, whether it’s preparing a meal for the family, yes also the fur babies, there always seems to be a new creation. She also enjoys long walks and to take in all the beauty that nature has to offer.
