Herb-Infused Salmon

Salmon is nutritious and packed full of healthy omega-3's which can help minimize the risk of many age-related conditions! Packed with protein, B12, potassium and iron it's a great option for those looking to keep an eye on their overall health. This recipe has a lovely lemony herb flavour and pairs well with asparagus, green beans, and rice.

Total time



  • 2 salmon fillets (5-6 oz each)
  • 1 or 2 tbsp olive oil
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 large head of broccoli
  • 1/2 tbsp herbs de Provence
  • 1 lemon


  1. Preheat to 400 degrees F.
  2. Place salmon in baking dish & season with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix together the olive oil, garlic, juice of half lemon, herbs de Provence and rub over salmon.
  4. Slice remaining half lemon and place slices on salmon fillets.
  5. Bake for 15 mins.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs & serve with your favourite side dish!
